Everest Route Panorama
This is centered over Deboche. By panning and zooming around you can see all the route from Lukla to EBC. The red line is the GPS track.
The image is 15,000 pixels so there is quite good resolution. it was rendered in Vue with a World Image overlay.
It is an interactive panorama so you can pan around and zoom in and out. The right most button in the tool bar gives full screen. The "M" button in the newer tours toggles a Google Map with clickable markers. The radar icon on the top right shows orientation and field of view. Most are multi resolution so when you zoom in there may be a slight delay as the files load.
The early ones were rendered in Vue 2015 and the later ones with Terragen 4.4 with detail added with World machine 3 and in some cases Gaea. As usual the DEM's are from Jonathan de Ferranti site ViewfinderPanorama with some merging with the ALOS data . The Panorama itself was made with Garden Gnome Software's Pano2VR
